A classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes are sourced from five sloping valley vineyards, which radiate out from the village of Cabrières to form a star shape. A dry, light-bodied rosé with vibrant aromas of tropical fruit, white peach and raspberry. The palate has ripe citrus and raspberry flavors, with a little richness and a lengthy, crisp finish.
