At The Wine Cellar Group, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your selection is damaged or flawed, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to legal regulations, we cannot accept returns for wine that has been opened or is otherwise in good condition.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue, such as a corked bottle or shipping damage.
Verification Process
Provide photos of the damaged goods or the specific batch details so our sommeliers can verify the quality concern.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the unopened bottles in their original specialized shipping containers to prevent further breakage during transit.
Refund or Replacement
Once received and inspected at our cellar, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
