The family crafted Profondita in the traditional ripasso style, a technique most commonly used in Amarone country, where the wine is ‘re-passed’ over dried grape skins. This process imparted beautifully dark color, seriously concentrated flavors, and a velvety-smooth texture to the Cabernet.
