Thanks to the excellent 2012 vintage, which “provided plenty of gorgeous grapes and potentially outstanding wines,” Chris had his pick of perfectly ripe Cabernet from Broken Earth’s estate vineyards. Chris’s winemaking philosophy is all about doing as little as possible in the winery, so the varietal and regional character shine through in your glass. The resulting Cabernet bursts with luscious, dark-fruit flavor and a smooth-yet-vibrant finish.
